TT Skills Day Announced – 25th Feb!

As you may have seen, we’re thrilled to introduce a TT league for 2017. Welcoming people of all abilities and experience, the LWR 2017 TT league will run over 7 races, over a variety of distances, starting in early March.
You can already read a brilliant TT League FAQ put together by Kathryn and Julie (who are co-convening the league). And to compete all you need to do is Join LWR, and start entering the races.
Additionally to that, we’re delighted to announce a TT-specific Skills Day – 9am for a 9:30 start, 25th February at Cylclopark, Kent. Which Julie and Kathryn have organised, specifically to help novice and intermediate riders develop and polish their TT skills. Coached by Jame Spragg, the day will be an excellent opportunity to learn in a friendly and supportive environment. The cost for the day is £20 (£15 for Juniors) and is supported and subsidised by LWR. If there’s any profit made on the day, then that money will be put directly back into the league. There are limited places available, so book now to avoid disappointment (you must book in advance).
More about the day: As a coach James Spragg has a great depth of knowledge and wide range of experience having worked with Olympians, National and European Champions, National Record Holders, and World Championship Medallists.
James rode as a professional cyclist for 10 years competing internationally on the road and in cyclocross. As a result James has a in depth knowledge of Time Trialling and is looking forward to helping you learn the essential skills so you can race with confidence!
